Interested in designing the buildings and homes of the future? If you can visualize a project, work through mathematical problems, and communicate both in writing and verbally, then this program, housed in the state-of-the-art classroom at Gahanna Lincoln High School’s Clark Hall, was built for you.
Students interested in this program should have a strong math foundation, be enrolled in college preparatory coursework, and have completed Algebra I by the start of the program.

Most employers are seeking candidates that have good problem solving skills, are creative, take initiative and communicate effectively. Students will be given the opportunity to prepare themselves for future employment and to be successful in college. Students get on the fast track being co-enrolled at COTC while participating in the program and earn continuing education credits.

Students learn architectural design, problem solving, and explore other creative mediums through visits from professional partners, projects developed with business partners, job shadowing, and mentoring. Areas of study include:
