Transcript Request Procedures

To request a copy of your transcript for any previous Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools full-time program, complete the following steps:

Download and complete the transcript request form
Deliver the form in one of the following ways (ATTN: Transcript Requests):

- Mail to the following address:

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Transcripts will not be released if you owe any past due balance.
