Students find success at the HOSA International Leadership Conference
Ohio HOSA chapters had 22 top 10 finishes at the national competition, with Eastland-Fairfield receiving four of those, the most of any Ohio school. 
Teaching Professions program earns two national championships
Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools’ Teaching Professions Academy Satellite Program, located at Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools’ Clark Hall, sent students to the recent Educators Rising National Conference at in Orlando, FL. Students competed in nine competitions at the national conference, with six finishes in the top three in the nation and two national championships.  
EFCTS debuts "Finding Futures" short documentary for 50th anniversary
"Finding Futures" is a short film that follows current students, alumni, teachers and some of our business partners to showcase the threads that bind Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools together. 
Seven being inducted into Hall of Fame
Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools will induct seven new alumni into its Hall of Fame Thursday, April 19, 2018, at a special induction ceremony at Eastland Career Center in Groveport.  
Eastland Career Center students earn gold medals at FCCLA State Contest
Eastland Career Center students participated in the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Ohio State Leadership Conference in Columbus on April 26-27, 2018 bringing home a school record in number of the medals won. Overall, Eastland Career Center had a total of 13 teams and 20 students earn a gold medal. 
Bioscience students advance to HOSA National Contest

Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools students from the Bioscience Technologies Satellite at Clark Hall in Gahanna participated in Ohio’s HOSA Future Health Professionals State Leadership Conference recently, where students in school districts from around the state competed in various leadership and skills competitions. 17 students from the Eastland-Fairfield Bioscience Technologies Satellite placed in the top three in their respective competitions, advancing them to the HOSA National Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas, in June 2018.

Career Tech Thursdays
If your student missed Sophomore Visitation or they just want to get another look at a program, we have Career Tech Thursdays for just that reason! Freshmen are invited to attend Career Tech Thursday's too! 
College Credit Plus
To participate in College Credit Plus (CCP) opportunities, students and parents must both receive advisement on the benefits and risks of college credit coursework.  If students wish to pursue college coursework through CCP, they must submit an Intent to Participate form to their career center guidance office by April 1.
